Thank you all so much for the concern, honestly means alot x
 
I won't bore you with the details, so here's a list of the past 2-3 weeks.
 
1/ Laryngitis......just over it
2/ Jet washed toes....badly bruised
3/ Sleep deprevation....on going.....
4/ Pinched nerve in shoulder.....all good
 
5/ Completed a pretty brutal 5km Trail Race in a PB time of 43min
6/ Now weighing under 140kgs
7/ Training going well
8/ Signed up for another Trail Run at the end of June - 10km - Very hard course
9/ Lots of hilly bimbles and new routes.
 
Motivation overall is pretty good but still having a few ups and downs. Never wanted a period in my kids lives to go so quickly, how sad is that but just got to make the most of it, and try to keep things positive.

End of June, 10km Trail, it's a pretty tough course with lots of hills. Got just over 5 weeks to get the training in.
