Nothing wrong with that loss bud , when i did my big cut from 21 stone some weeks i lost 3-4lbs, other weeks half a pound. Its coming off dude thats all that matter!

I weigh in at 139kgs. I got under 130 and was flying down the scale last year but put it all back on after the surgery and not training for a few months. I've had to start again..lol
