TEST E only cycle help

Hello everyone. 
I am thinking about trying a test e only cycle for around 10 weeks. Starting the test e on first week on diet below. ( i have been doing the diet for a week now and already feel my trousers a bit looser).
I have recently started a diet given to me by my friend who is a body builder. Eating very clean and for the first 3 weeks eating 250g protein and carbs a day. 3 weeks later drop the carbs to 200g a day, then 4 weeks later stagger the carbs from 250 a day, 150 a day, 170 a day then 100 a day. do this for 3 weeks, then 5 weeks later drop carbs to 200, 120, 100 day after day. Then drop carbs to 150, 100, 50 day by day . Protein stays at 250g per day throughout.
My goal is to drop my body fat from 20% wer I am now to around 12% whilst also gaining some nice lean muscle. I am going on holiday in May  so my goal is to reach this by then. (16 weeks)
Would adding the test e 250mg x 2 a week help with this or would it be better to just stick to the diet?
I have done a few cycles in the past, but never had anything special as a result, but I have never had my eating as clean as it is at the min, and my carb intake was always with bad carbs.
My training is weight training in the morning, and in the evening muay thai as cardio. (very intense cardio). I am aiming to train 4-5 times both weights and muay thai a week. depending on my work schedule.
Any info would be much appreciated or any ideas you have for my goal of dropping body fat and gaining muscle.
