TEST400 Newby advice

Hi Guys,
 
I have just started my first course of Tri-Test 400, Injecting 1ml twice a week.
 
My aim is to gain muscle and lose belly fat. I’ve increased the amount of food I am eating to 4/5 portions a day (low fat, high protein meals) drinking on average 3-4L of water a day.
I am currently weight training every day, 3sets at a comfortable weight and on the 4th maxing out the weight.
 
I am doing no cardio what so ever at the moment, should I start bringing in some HIIT training? Remember I do want to get BIG but also want to lose my belly fat. Am I doing the right thing?

Weight: 78kg

    Adding size generally requires a calories excess to requirement. Losing fat generally requires a calorie deficit to requirements. Do you see a problem here?
     
    Aside from that, 800mg pw is relatively high for a beginner. Drop to .75ml

    To gain muscle I need to eat more calories than my body burns, correct? If i am eating low fat foods whilst heavy weight training will my body fat eventually reduce?

    Seriously, the best advice I can offer here is to visit the diet forum. I am fairly sure using steroids is not a good idea for you at this juncture.
     
    Eating 'low fat foods' means nothing. Calorie balance is key here ie. cals in vs cals out....   You body cares not where those calories come from

    Generally yes that's correct.

    No it won't, because you will be eating excess calories to satisfy point 1

    You can lose fat and gain at the same.time, on PEDs. But you've shot the bolt and jumped straight in clueless. Bit late to ask for advice.now.
    Your dose is too high. Your diet and training.amd goals.shoukd have been fixed before a vial even saw a needle.

    This is why I've come on here for advice mate. My diet and training programme has changed since starting my cycle, I am only 2 weeks in already gaining 1.5kg. I know what i need to do in order to gain muscle, some tips on lowering my BFP at the same time is what I'm asking for?

    Not being funny here but why didn't you cut first, get your BF where you want then do a clean macro and calorie counted bulk with your PED's. This way you'd know what's doing what, cutting and building muscle isn't the most productive way to go about things tbh.

    test400 isnt that a myth,teste ones on the welsh site always came back 300mg max
