TRAINING FIRST THING
I'm gonna post this in the nutrition section too. I work nights on a 4on 4 off pattern, when i'm working I have a tight schedule to sleep, train eat and get back to work. I get uphave a real strong coffee and train, I find it doesnt hamper my training at all I actually train very well, very strong etc. What I do is I have a meal before bed at 07.00 then up at 14.00 and train at 14.30.
Am I doing any harm but time is really the issue.
