TTs bulker

Is anyone going to try this?,looks good,especially the weight gaining shakes,it doesnt look a mountain to climb,now I just got to work out costs,lol.

    The ingredients look easy to stock up on, ran out of peanut butter just now myself because the family devours it!

    good thing about the shakes is that you can alter the macronutrient ratios to suit you, ie up carbs for more active person, up protein if you require more, down carbs etc etc

    I agree with TT in that its more of a well-constructed, solid framework, that people can add on to. I will try to adhere to its principles as I can, but my diet usually just goes with the flow. I play it by ear because I don't often have some of the ingredients you guys in the UK do, so I end up substituting a bit. It's great to have a protein-intake chart, however, to measure what you actually need to change.
