TV series that you enjoy watching

Much the same as last movie you watched thread, which TV series do you enjoy watching, a bit about it etc is it a reality show, crime, comedy....

For me I like the following

Hannibal: Just finished season 2 and can't wait for the 3rd. Can be quite brutal at times but also has a number of twists and is well thought out. 10/10

Constantine: Just watched the first episode, seems strange having John Constantine as a Welshman but we shall see. 8/10 so far

Brooklyn 99: Comedy and not bad to watch 7/10

Death Valley: Mockumentary about cops dealing with zombies etc, watched half the first episode and gave up 3/10

I found Hannibal a bit slow tbh, haven't started the 2nd series yet though.

Walking dead and sons of anarchy are two faves that are still going, breaking bad was obv amazing.

Really enjoyed true detective.

I've started Hannibal, first few episodes of Season 1, I need to get round to continuing with it though!

I have too many on the go and actually don't have enough time to watch them all. This is what I've either started watching, watch regularly or have lined up ready to go but haven't started yet:

American Horror Story (each season a different theme but a lot of the same actors playing different characters, just finished the 4th season 'Freakshow')
Arrow (DC Comics adaptation of the Green Arrow, roughly mid-way through Season 3, Diggle is HOT and I love Felicity)
Catastrophe (Channel 4 comedy co-written/starring Sharon Horgan)
Constantine (Another DC Comics adapt based on a demonologist/magician sorting out demons etc - only watched 2 episodes so far but I like it)
The Flash (DC Comics - bit lighter than Arrow and not as good quality yet but has promise)
From Dusk til Dawn (TV show based on the film, not started this)
Game of Thrones (Slow to catch up with this - I have Season 1 and 2 Bluray box sets, but only about 5 episodes in and haven't got round to continuing yet!)
Girls (HBO comedy-drama, really quirky, all the characters are idiots but I find it funny, seen 3 episodes of Season 3 so far)
Glee (high school musical comedy, I can't help myself I just love it, Season 6 currently and it's the last series)
Gotham (I can't make up my mind with this. I sort of enjoyed it and got to probably the 11th episode or something but I don't feel a massive urge to go back to it)
Hemlock Grove (Just finished Season 2 of this, I love it's quirky vibe and Famke Janssen)
Looking (gay drama, can be a bit boring but there's not much to choose from in terms of TV shows that portray gay life)
Marry Me (comedy from the Happy Endings creator which I LOVED, probably my favourite comedy ever, this isn't as good but still enjoyable)
Penny Dreadful (not started this yet)
The Strain (I've read the book trilogy this is based on and loved it but not started watching it properly yet apart from the intro to episode 1)
Sleepy Hollow (really enjoyed Season 1 of this, love anything with spooky stuff and demons, not continued with Season 2 yet though)
Supernatural (been watching this for years, up to the 19th episode of season 9 so far and have half of season 10 ready to watch)
The Walking Dead (watched Season 1, first few of Season 2 then forgot about it - will go back to it at some point and catch up)

Looks like I watch tons of TV but in reality a lot of it is sitting there waiting and I don't get round to it!!

Half the stuff I watch is crap but easy viewing

The Flash - starting to develop
The Arrow - gets carries away but quite watchable
NCIS (both and probably the new one too) - original has lost it's way a bit, LA has it's moments
Hawaii five-0 - gets a bit cheesy but don't require much mental effort
Extant - only 3 eps in, just starting to gather pace tho. Can't beat a bit of Halle
The 100 - getting a bit 'lost-ish' now
Continuum - like a poor man's Fringe (well it is Canadian )
Blacklist - James Spader makes it
Criminal Minds - Mrs likes it

Limits, like fear, are often just an illusion: MJ 12/9/09

Lost - I felt so immersed in that show, felt like one of the crew. I must re watch it 1 day. Although shows like breaking bad may be better shows, Lost has a special place in my heart!!!

I do a lot of push ups and sit ups. And I drink plenty of milk.

Don't have as much time for following TV series as I'd like. I've been watching Gotham and waiting for Game of Thrones, both great.

I've watched most of TWD but it's getting stretched real thin nowadays. It's one hour of nothing happening, or something happening because someone made a really stupid mistake that no one should be making at this point.

I never understood why that series was so popular. It was so completely random and going no where fast.

It's like every day the writers would come in and brainstorm new random crap to make people even more confused, with absolutely no thought to how they were going to tie it all up on the long term into a cohesive plot. And then it showed in the end.

I really love the film (the first one, the sequels were gash) so if it maintains the same kind of vibe I think I'll like it, but I have heard from someone that they didn't rate it - that is the only opinion I've heard though, I should have a look online and see what general consensus is. I feel like these days I can't be bothered to start something if it's rubbish or going to be cancelled.

Game Of Thrones get really good reviews. I'm on season 2 at the moment and it still hasn't got me hooked yet.

So many ive watched that showed so much promise at the start just got silly.

Under the Dome, not a bad first season after that, utter drivel more like a show aimed at teenagers.
Banshee - the same thing over and over.
Fortitude - not a great start pretty boring, need to get going or could be another The Leftovers.
Ray Donovan - sad to put this in this list as the first season was great and John Voight brilliant but the second season was such a let down.

Shows I like
Penny Dreadful- something different and interesting. Really looking forward to season 2.
Game of Thrones - Fantastic could watch this all in one sitting.Could be the most popular show in the world right now.
The Good Wife - brilliant court room drama although the last season was getting a bit silly. Hopefully they pull it back.
The Shield - my personal fav show ever.
Better call Saul-  started off very good.
Orange is the new black - like a female OZ doesn't reach the heights of some but still worth a watch.
24- ground breaking at the time, still a fun watch.
Just re watched Prison Break- its silly ,its unbelievable but so much brainless fun its great.
Peaky Blinders - great to see a cracking British drama. First 2 series where great Looking forward to the next one.
Gotham - has been a good watch so far but it needs to go somewhere not just a new villain every week and Gordon saves the day.
Ill mention Breaking Bad for the people that have been hiding under a rock and not seen it :)

Comedy

Parks and Recreation is great coming to and end now but very funny and worth watching.
Curb your enthusiasm - first watched it a few years back it was hilarious .

I hear good things about Person of Interest I will try that at some point.
