Tanning

i'm only starting out seriously so not doing this for competition but mainly to rectify my own stupidity. i was at glasto festival and fell asleep half out of my tent. i sleep on my front so i have a lovely tanned back and a paper white front.  (yes schoolboy error i admit)

what would you guys recommend for a sorting this out. i have access to a sunbed at the gym  so will be on that. does tanning oil help etc?

p.s feel free to mock me you can't say anything that hasn't been said

    dont use oil on the sunbed. use a cream or something, def go on with mositurised skin rather than no moisture at all it makes the world of difference. depending on how pale your front half is you should catch up after about 3-5 sessions. take it easy at first, 4 mins gradually building up to 8. you dont want to burn haha

    i say sunbed its a stand up vitesse one. how often is recommended for the sun bed i was thinking of 1 a fortnight.

    depends if you want to tan or just get rid of the white bits? one a fortnight will acheive no tan and your tanned back should fade by then to match the rest of your body. to tan i used to go every other day or 2-3 times a week for 4 mins the first week gradually building up to the second week. by two weeks you should all be the same colour
