Shoulder/Arm tattoo.
Would this help cover a bit acne scarring on the back of my shoulder from years previous

    yes, i looked into getting it done on my shoulder. was told it might not take as well in the scars but should cover up fairly well.

    It might be worth hunting out a good tattoo place to do what you want, one that can do a good job over scars etc. As Big D says, sometimes the ink won't take as well to scarred skin. A decent tattooist should do a good job regardless of any marks etc on the skin.
