Tattoo text

I have pretty much designed my first tattoo, inspired largely by Maori art. I am going to include some text in the form of a proverb/something personal to me and so want it writing in a style others cannot understand.

What styles do you think look best? and also, do you think it is hypocritical to have a language eg sanskrit/Arabic when it means nothing to you?

its been done freehand im afraid mate so not unless i scan it in round the old folks place, also don't want the design getting "copied" as its obviously unique, like anything, once its on the internet its free for all. (not saying you would obviously)

As for the writing, im thimking the same as those that have posted, hence the reason ive not done it yet. Back to the drawing board.

    Any opinions on Latin??

If you are looking for something a bit different in the lettering dept, have you looked at the Theban alphabet?
It is thought to have been used by pagan's and witches in spell writing so no one else could understand them, you can find the Theban alphabet here - http://www.omniglot.com/writing/theban.htm
