If yuo are gaining from that dose no need to

    increase it...

    If not increase your cals...

after all that look at inceasing the dose

Can be ran for 8 weeks @ 80mg ED

Going to do a 6 week cycle of Tbol next month.

How can I minimise water retention with diet?

Would it be worth running proviron.
