RE: Terms: Can someone explain what these mean?
super sets - doing two or more exercises without resting usially on opposite muscle groups
pre exhaust- partialy burn out a muscle on an exertcise then go on to a major exercise like doing leg extensions then going onto squats instead of warming up on squats and finishing on smaller muscle groups like extensions or leg curls
drop sets - doing a heavy weight (with say a dumbbell) until worked then grabing a smaller dumbell and continue exercise with no rest then doing it with a smaller would be 2 drop sets
i guess heavy tripple drop 10 is 3 drop sets dropping 10 pounds or kilos or dropping weight but managing to get to 10 reps on each set (sorry not 100% sure with that one dont want to mis guide you) but i hope that helps in some way
