Test 300 cycle

Eve chaps, new to juice,
Just started test e 300.
3 weeks in, 3rd jab today.
Shall I up it or keep it the same as it’s my first time. How many weeks for
What after care shall I take.

    Keep it at 300mg,and get a feel for how your body reacts to the gear.you should gain well on that as long as your training,nutrition,sleeping and rest are in order.
    As for pct,you don't really need it at such a small dose,but if you still want to try this:
    1500I.u h.c.g every third day,100mg Clomid per day and 40mg nolvadex every day.all for 3 weeks.
    Do the cycle of test for 10 weeks.I,myself did 250mg test e per week,for 10 weeks for my first cycle and I gained 14lbs.I kept all my gains,and I never did p.c.t.

    I’m training min 3 times per week. Eating well, plenty of water. prob not enough sleep, 7-8 hours.
    Not noticed much strength as of yet but I’ve read it’s into the 4th week you start to notice.

    How old are you?
    How much do you weigh?
    What's your exact diet?,macros,calories,etc
    What's your training program?
    Do you feel any different on this test?
    Personally I'd go with a more established brand next time.
    Where did you get it?

    Just checked with my source,and a couple of other friends.Cambridge research is not a very reputable brand,just as I thought.I just wanted to be 100 per cent certain.it was decent when it came out years ago,but that was a long time ago.
    Get some gear from a more reputable brand.

    Ignore ultimate warrior and his clearly bad advice. Always, Always PCT. I personally don’t agree with the protocol he suggests either.Loads of information on here and the net about that.

    Apart from that it seems like a good moderate and sustainable first cycle. Try not to second guess your gear all the time but check the scales, your strength in the gym and your libido. ( some would say invest in a blood test)

    Bad advice huh.
    If you bothered to read my reply properly,you'd notice I gave a pct course if he felt he needed it.
    As for second guessing gear.I have it from good authority Cambridge research isn't very good.
    I 've been training over 30 years and have helped loads of guys over the years.
    I've also won Mr.Wales,Mr.Britain and Mr.world.
    What have you won?
    I've given loads back to the sport,and spent hours helping young kids,telling them not to use steroids until they've exhausted their natural potential.
    That's why I asked him all the questions.
    If my protocols no good,what would you use?

    I’d keep it simple Tamoxifen and possibly for 4 weeks+.

    Over the years I have done many cycles, blasted and cruised for donkeys and didn’t know about PCT. what I’ve learned is that it is an absolutely key part of the process.

    Nowadays enjoy training and dabbling with this and that/TRT.

    I agree with you on keeping it simple.that's why I didn't take pct on my first cycle and advised him to do the same.I only offered pct and told him to take it only if he felt it necessary.
    As I said I never took pct on my first cycle,and I gained 14lbs,and I kept every pound.
    With higher doses I always used pct.

    I’m 33,hit a wall in training and couldn’t progress. Looking to gain strength and bulk, try to cut up before holiday in may.
    I weigh 85kg 5ft 8” little man!
    I train minimum 3-4 a week.
    I train different body part each day,
    Try to go heavy as I can then finish with a rep out.
    I’ve tried all sorts of training regime all sorts of supplements I just can’t get past this wall!!
    My body fat seems to hang around mid section stomach and back.
    I feel ok on test tbh, have hot flush every now and then, mood hasn’t changed, more hornier.
    I can feel it’s in my system so I’m hoping to see some improvement.
    I was looking into running anavar with it aswell cos I read that was safe orally.
    My diet is mainly low carbs high protein/ fruit/veg.
    As for the gear I had 2 different contacts supplying the same stuff who live in different counties so I assumed they wer a popular brand.

    All help massively appreciated

    Being 85k x 2.2=187lbs.you want to multiply this by 13.187x13=2431 calories minimum per day.do this for a week and if you don't gain anything,add another 100 calories per week until you start gaining.at the same time keep a check in the mirror and on your waist to make sure you are not getting too fat.a little fat is okay,but you're really looking at gaining;say 3 parts muscle to one fat.
    Most men do tend to carry extra fat on their stomach,and you can't spot reduce remember.
    Macros at least 1g protein per lb of bodyweight.as you're on gear you could go as high as 2g,as gear helps you to assimilate protein better.the rest of the macros=20 per cent from fats(mostly good fats such as flax,omega 3,olive oil,oily fish).
    You say you're looking for strength and bulk.evil would be better for that 25mg daily.it's normally used as a front load to a cycle of oil based steroids with a long ester.the theory being to take it for just 4 weeks which isn't as harsh on the liver.by 4weeks the test will be kicking in.you'll make some serious gains on dbol,not all muscle though as dbol is known to aromatise and therefore hold water.make sure you get a reputable brand.
    As for training stick to the basics.
    Squats,leg presses,deadlifts,barbell rows(reverse grip),chins,bench press,incline press(30 degree' s,military press,side laterals,dips(keep body upright),close grip bench press,barbell curls,incline d/bell curls,calf raises,hanging leg raises.
    Train mon,Wed and Fri.train high intensity to failure on every set except squats deadlifts,bench press.you could go to failure on squats and bench presses if your using a Smith machine.
    Low volume and high intensity.if you find you're not recovering just train Mon and Fri.
    I,myself have used routines as such and a lot of guys I've trained and we all made tremendous gains.
    I know a lot of people knock hit,but I say don't knock it until you've tried it.
    I've used it all my life and I have won many titles.I also went from 8st up to my current 15 stone at 5ft 6ins,and I've been bigger so I and all the guys I've trained can vouch that it works.

    I weighed myself last night, I’m 91kg and 30%bpf.
    I know that is rather high and around mid section.
    I gain weight really easy especially around my gut!
    It’s the strength/size / cut for my overall goal.
    I need to be more strict on protein calorie intake etc.
    I was told to run Tren E alongside the test but read bad reviews as it’s my first time, I have it but not using it as got too scared lol

    30% body fat!,are you sure.how did you measure it?
    If that is accurate then you'd be better off lowering your carbs;100-200 calories per week until you've losing body fat.
    Train hard and use test to help preserve muscle tissue while you diet the fat away.
    You could add primobolan depot 200mg per week to the stack,or 25-50mg winstrol daily,along with clenbuterol 40mcg daily to start,and working up to 100-140mcg maximum daily.2weeks on and 2 weeks off.be careful with clenbuterol though as some brands are stronger than others.don't use it if you have heart problems or anxiety.t3 is also good for fat burning 25mcg per day to start off,working up to a maximum of 100mcg for 4-6 weeks only,with the same amount of time off.don't stop it abruptly.taper it over 7-10 days.this can also cause side effects which usually pass after a week or so.research it and other stuff.make up your own mind.

    30% may not be too accurate, it was only off a set of scales,
    I need to have a proper mot tbh!
    and go from there. Stripping fat would be my main priority aswell as gaining strength.

    No problem,you're welcome mate
    I suggest you get an accurate test and then go from there.
    The mirror is always a great help for me.when your abs start showing,you know you're on the right track.
    Take photos every month or so,maybe 2 weeks to start off and compare them.this will help you a lot also.
