Car sorted today, so will be training every other day after tomorrow, cant wait :o) Hope it doesn't lead to overtraining as what i've been doing at the moment has bee quite productive?!?! Time will tell.
 
Shoulder and abs yesterday:
 
Dumbbell shoulder press 6x20(+2kg -2reps) 5x20(+2kg -3reps) 6x20(+2kg -2reps)
Lat Raises 8x12(+2kg -2reps) 8x12(+2kg -2reps) 7x12(+2kg -3reps)
Rear Delt Row Barbell 8x40 8x40(+2.5kg) 8x40(+2.5kg)
Lat Raises Cable 8x15(+2reps) 8x15(+1rep) 8x15 (Changed to a underhand grip)
Incline Sit-Ups 25 25 25
Leg Raises 20(-3) 20 20(+5)
 
Next time out full reps for dumbbell shoulder press, same with lat raises, better form with barbell delt rows and may try 20kg with cable lat raises :o) also add more reps to leg raises and sit ups :o)
 
Got some shoulder presses for you today, terrible form lol

 
On a diet note I keep getting heartburn, I think its off the eggs, gonna try and get to the docs and get some tests done, starting to frustrate me Grrrr!!!!!

Found my limit on the squats for the time being so will try full reps at 30kg, going to look for a different exercise to replace the leg press, will try leg extensions at 50kg (probably wont hit the 12 reps but will work up to it) and try the calf raises at 80kg.
 
Getting some marks on my shoulders off the squat bar, i've been using a towel over me shoulders and the foam thing for my neck, any tips?? or is it just part and parcel?
 
Will get my arms and chest done today so will report back later today :o) Weighed in at 10st 7 1/4 this morning, was 10st 11 before bed haha where does it go?!?! Magic!!

Chest and arms on Saturday, was going to train today but ill leave it till tha morra as a the cable flys nealy pulled me arms off haha and me arms are slightly longer :o) Als my legs are just a little tender still off the squats, give them an extra 24 hours before deadlifting.
 
Incline Bench Press  8x32.5(+2reps) 7x32.5(+3reps) 8x32.5(+3reps)
DB Bench Press 9x25(-1rep) 8x25(-1rep) 8x25 (-1rep)
Bent Over Cable Flys 4x40(+5kg -4reps) 8x40 0x0(Slight pull in elbows)
CGBP 11x25(+5kg -1rep) 8x25(-1rep) 7x25(-2rep)
DB Arm Curls 12x16(+2rep) 9x16 9x16
 
Pushed myself a bit too hard with the Incline bench so the rest suffered a little, not too worried tho as the incline is a big exercise and Id rather push myself on this at the expence of the others. Didnt help with the slight injury on the cable flys, the extra 5kg was a jump too far I think(mebys try pinning up a 2.5kg), ill get it tho :o) Next time out ill go for full reps on all exercises.
 
Diet is going well, I think I maybe a little lactose intollerant so I really must get to the docs an get this looked at as it may hinder my progress.

No vids today sorry lol

Just managed the deadlifts, gonna add a little more next time, 110kg for the pulldowns, try 30kg for the BODB rows, will try 42.5kg for the shrugs, 30kg for the bent over rows(even though they end up more like standing rows when im done haha) and will try and pin up 15kg for the cable rows.
 
Going to change a few exercises about, im going to add flat benching to my chest day and put the incline in on my shoulder day instead of the rear delt rows. Will let you know how the shoulders and abs get on tonight :o)

Incline bench was a little down on last time purely because I did it 3rd in my routine as machine was being used. Switched to a underhand grip on cable lat raises and was a lot more comfortable, less strain on the old elbows so will try 20kg next time out. As for the rest I will shoot for full reps. Weekend off and hit legs again on monday :o)

10st 10lbs this morning, thats almost a stone in 3 months and two weeks, happy with the gains so far, shoulders and legs seem to be improving the most. Done legs lastnight:

Leg Extensions 12x50(+5kg) 12x50(+5kg) 12x50(+5kg)

Full sets on all exercises so will up the weights next time out. Looking to change the leg extensions for something else so time to get googling :o)

Cheers bud, good comments always a good boost. I train at work mate, we have a purpose build gym for employees and its quite impressive. Ill get some pics up tha morra so you can check it out and best part is it only cost £2 a month lol I have trained in various gyms around sunderland over the years tho, Springs, Marine House, Where do you train bud?

Chest and Arms on Thursday. Swapped it about a bit:
 
Smith Bench Press  6x40 6x40 6x40
DB Bench Press 10x25(+1rep) 10x25(+2reps) 8x25
Bent Over Cable Flys 8x40(+4reps) 8x40 8x40(+8reps)
CGBP 10x25(-1rep) 8x25 8x25(+1rep)
DB Arm Curls 12x12 12x16(+3reps) 12x16(+3reps)
 
Gonna have to try something else instead of the cable flys, there putting too much strain on the old elbows. Will try 42.5kg bench next time out, full reps DB bench press, will replace cable flys with something, full reps on CGBP and will try and up the DB arm curls to 18kgs.
 
A few things slipping in the diet but it happens, whats a few more calories when your bulking eh? haha Ill sort it :o)

Back and traps yesterday, again mixed the routine up a little:
 
Deadlifts 4x82.5(+2.5g -4reps) 4x82.5(+2.5g -4reps) 4x82.5(+2.5g -4reps)
Pulldowns 10x110(+5kgs -2reps) 10x110 10x110(+1rep)
Bent Over DB Rows  10x30(+2.5kg) 9x30(+2.5kg -2rep) 10x30(+2.5kg)
Shrugs 12x40 12x40 12x40
Cable Rows 14x110(+2reps) 14x110(+2reps) 14x110(+2reps)
 
Trained after a hard 12 hour shift at work so I think deadlifts suffered a little, see how it goes next time out. Took the bent over rows out as the routine was taking too long. Next time out I will try the deadlifts again at 82.5kg, going to take the pulldowns and the cable rows out as I cant put any more on the stack and I am going to do the shrugs on the smith machine.
 
Got some pull downs for yous today :o)

 
Also got some gym pics on the computer, ill try and get them up soon.

Sweet £2 a month ya cant complain!
I train at either Harpers leisure centre or Malbrough Fitness centre through Seaham, the latter is a propa blood and guts old school gym lol
Might have a look through the new DW gym at the weekend to see what its like

Cannit beat them mate, av been to the gym with me mate before, I forget what its called, but its a converted house, half finnished with rusty plates, broken mirrors and a smell of testosterone in the air haha the best type imo :o)

Going to add an extra squat to the routine and change the leg press to some leg curls, feel its time to up the workload :o)
 
Next time out ill try squats at 35kg for 3 sets, set the weights for the leg curls, full reps on the leg extensions and try for full sets of calf raises at 85. Had bad cramp in the right calf so only managed 2 sets of calf raises this time out.

Got the deadlifts up this week :o) will up next week along with the bent over DB rows. Wasn't too impressed with the lat machine so may try and change it next time out, must start using the smith machine for the shrugs and get to grips with the chin ups (Harder than they look)

Will try 35kg incline bench next time out, full reps in the shoulder press, Lat raises at 25kg, upright cable rows at 55kg. Will also add 5 reps to all the sit-up sets :o)
 
Pleased with the week on week improvements, haven't weighed myself lately so will do it he morning. Also been looking into getting some jack3d for my workouts and also during the day as a heavy day at work takes it out of me and training suffers some days.

Added an extra squat in there and changed the seated leg press to leg extensions. Must say the extensions are a good addition, really felt them working, enjoyed them :o)
Will try squats at 37.5kg, leg extensions at 45kg, leg curls at 60kg and calf raises at 90kg.  (got the curls and extensions mixed up incase anyones confused)
