Skipped legs, had a bit of a twinge so went onto chest and arms:
 
Smith Bench Press  6x55(+2.5kgs) 6x55(+2.5kgs) 6x55(+2.5kgs)
DB Bench Press Incline 10x30(+2.5kgs) 2x30(+2.5ks -8reps) 10x30(+2.5kgs)
Cable Flys Low 8x42.5(+2.5kgs) 8x42.5 8x42.5
CGBP 11x35 12x35 12x35(+1rep)
Arm Curls Cable 12x50(+5kgs) 12x50(+5kgs) 12x50(+5kgs)
 
Will try bench press at 57.5kgs, full reps on DB incline press (dropped dumbbell on my chest on second set ) cable flys at 45kgs, full reps of cgbp and up the arm curls to 55kgs.
 
Been training for exactly 6month today, weighed in at 11st 5lbs this morning so thats a gain of 24lbs if my maths is correct. Will try and get some progress pics up in the next couple of days. Also I started a pro-SD cycle last week just to round my bulk off for now, as soon as its done Ill post a round-up of how it went and give it a couple of weeks before I do a mini cut to shed a little unwanted fat.
 
Already planned a reduced diet and will add some cardio into the equation, will post the changes up when the SD has run its course in a couple of weeks.

Deadlifts 8x92.5(+2.5kgs) 8x92.5(+2.5kgs) 5x92.5(+2.5kgs -3reps) 
Bent Over DB Rows  8x40(+2.5kgs -2reps) 10x40(+2.5kgs) 10x40(+2.5kgs)
Cable One Arm Row 10x75(+5kgs) 10x75(+5kgs) 10x75(+5kgs)
Shrugs Smith Machine 12x52.5(+2.5kgs) 12x52.5(+2.5kgs) 12x52.5(+2.5kgs)
Inverted Push-ups 12 12 12
 
Deadlifts are an absolute killer now, will try for full reps next time out, also will try full reps on Bent over DB rows. 40kgs are the largest DBs in the gym so when I hit fill reps I will have to come up with another plan, was thinking of using the bar weighted on one side?!?! One arm cable rows at 80kgs, shrugs at 55kgs and I have changed the pullups to inverted push-ups on the smith machine with legs on one of them AB balls, love it.

Sorry for the lack of updates, one word for you, superdrol, jaysus. Time to get me ar$e back into gear. Ill give you a breif beatdown of what I done:
 
Matter: PRO-SD
Dose: 30mg split threw the day with a liv52 DS
Start weight: 10st 13 1/2
Weight Now: 11st 7 1/2 (did get to 11st 9lbs 3rd week on cycle)
 
Summary:
Was taking 10mg every 8 hours during the day with a liv52ds. During the first week BP was up and I had to change the time of my last dose to earlier in the day as It was giving me restless sleep. The following three weeks I was in a state of zombiefication lol training and diet suffered a little. Aggression was up threw the whole of the cycle and towards the end of the cycle a little acne was starting to appear and my head was starting to resemble a ToffeCrisp :o) Does what it says on the tin and Im up 8lbs. If you can battle through the lethargy then your a better man than me lol Mebys 30mg throughout was a little high to start with, my bad. If your bulking then definitely give it a go.
 
I will get some pics up tonight hopefully, after 6month thats nealy 2st ive put on. Ive got a new diet and new training routine to try out with I will post with my pics. Lets call the next 6 months phase 2 (operation pump lol). Looking to shed a little fat via new diet manipulation and intensify workouts as I sometimes take too long between sets.
