Test levels

Am 35, 5' 10, 180, train 4-5 times a week, diet OK 5-6 times a day 220-250g protein intake daily.

Recently had testosterone levels done : 11 ng/l (reference range 8 - 40 ng/l)

Kinda at the lower end of norm? What can I take to boost this? Is there anything apart from injectables?

You could run an AI and change the bodies testosterone:estrogen ratio. A low prolonged dose of Letro, Arimidex or Aromasin. They can be aquired from resreach companies overseas (USA). I'll suggest, www.chemoneresearch.com. I;ve used them many times.

Your test is for free testosterone, which is low. My last T test was 28, which was 3 weeks after PCT finished. Its probably more now though. It may be worth getting you total testosterone levels measured, which will prove if there really low or not. Its more accurate IMHO.

Other ideas are to run a low dose of Nolva or Clomid. There are studies suggesting Clomid at a low dose (25mg/ED) will raise all LH/FSH and T. Nolva would also do this, but cloimid is more effective at this action IMHO.

OTC test boosters are a waste of money.

thanks swifto. BTW have never done steroids before. Tried prohormones in past but that was at least 6 months ago. Should I be worried with that level of free test? how long should i run nolva for and at what dose?
