Test prop and Tren A while carb cycling. Help
Hello, I am currently into week 2 of a Tren a and Test prop cycle. My goal is to drop my body fat to around the 10% mark, currently at 19%.
I have been told to drop body fat while not loosing too much muscle mass to try carb cycling.
I have been doing this for the last 6 days, doing 3 days zero or under 40g carbs per day, then having a carb up day taking in around 200-300g carbs. My protien intake is around 200-220g per day.
As I said my goal is to drop Body Fat, and If poss add a little Muscle mass.
I train weights in the morning, and also Muay Thai in the evening. Usually get around 4 weight sessions a week and 4 Muay sometimes on the same day depending on my work schedule.
On Zero carb days I eat any meat and Cheese, and greek yagurt.
Typical day would look like
Breakfast: 3 bacon, 3 sausage 3 eggs scrambled
Lunch: Chicken Breast with slice of cheese
Dinner: Steak with slice of cheese or egg
Snaks: Protein shake, Greek yagurt.
On zero carb days my cals are around 2000.
On carb day they are around 3000 cals.
On carb up days I take in meat but with Potato, sweet potato, wholemeal bread.
Is the carb cycling I am doing Going to get my goal of dropping Body fat. (3 days zero carbs 1 day high carbs)
Also would like some lean muscle hence the Tren a and Test Prop. Test 150mg EOD Tren A 100 EOD.
Any advice or info would be very much appriciated and Listened to. If my routine is not right I am willing to change.
