Test/Dbol. Lean gains.
Starting my cycle on Monday (my 4th cycle) which will be as follows:
Week 1-10 Test E 600mg
Week 1-4 Dbol 40mg
Week 11-12 Test Prop 150mg EOD
I have never ran dbol before and I accept that there will be bloat/water gain to a degree but I want to try and keep gains as lean as possible.
My diet will be very clean, water intake will be high, and I will be doing steady state cardio for 30-40 mins 3-4 times a week. Also I will be running Adex alongside.
So....what dose of Adex would be best...1mg E3D OR 0.5mg EOD? Or would any other dose be better?
Also, with regards to cardio...would you do it AM fasted...PWO...or on an evening after training in the morning?
