Testosterone Boosters

For some unknown reason, curiosity maybe, decided to give these a go, im in my 40s, so thought what arm can they do, may boost my training a little. Bought DAA, Tribulus and ZMA.

Anyways, starting them about 10 days ago, feel lazy, lethargic, but worst of all MOODY. Usually quite laid back, but the ****s hit the fan this weekend over fek all, and i know its me.

I remember taking Tribulus years ago, with no hassles, so im presuming its the DAA. I was wondering if anyone else had ever had any strange side effects?, looks like its going in the bin.

If only these products actually worked.

I suspect you're on a placebo ride of "i am taking a pill therefore i must act...."

    Beware of the supplement industry.

It's not DAA, it's placebo.  Test boosters are a load of ****e.  Either take drugs or don't.  There's nothing inbetween so might as well save your money.

I've had bloods before and after Tibullus and it did nothing. As above testosterone boosters are a complete con, save your money for food or spend it on real testosterone.

    Hi guys

Really, is there NO point in taking any "legal" OTC test booster with good diet, rest, and training? I was going to try M-Stak by Animal as I found them excellent for training days.

I too want a legal, OTC test raising/enhancing booster IF there is one thats proven and no placebo!

    Thanks

it does give me vivid dreams but thats about it . As the guys have said there is nothing in that stack that would cause any of the OPs symptoms or infact a noticeable boost in test.

Hi fella, ye, ive read about that too. Ive been doing a bit of reading up, lots of bull on the internet, impossible to say whats right/whats wrong, seems one would need to be a chemist/biologist. I can say for sure something didnt agree with me. Im not saying these pills had any effect on testosterone, but felt they had created an imbalance somehow.
Found an article on the internet, just as i felt, forgot to add "loss of libido".  Quote and article below.

"Whilst we all know that having low testosterone levels can lead to men suffering from reduced energy levels, a worsened mood and diminished libido, common over the counter testosterone booster side effects could quite possibly make you feel worse than if you’d taken nothing at all!"
    http://www.muscle-health-fitness.com/four-testosterone-booster-side-effects.html/

As for other recommended testosterone boosters, all i looked at had similar ingredients.

My only thought and that's why I mentioned the ZMA thing Is that if you had not slept well because of weird dreams and you were feeling groggy this may have made you irritable and hence getting annoyed . Then again could be complete cod s**t as iv never had any issues with it
