Testosterone Enanthate Cycle - 250mg per week for 10 week DIary

Hello. Decided to keep a diary of my cycle on here. Partly as a tool to keep motivated and log progress and partly becuase it's slightly different as the goals are differnent.
 
Stats
 
Age: 34
Height: 6ft 3in
Weight: 98kg (15.4 stone)
Body Fat %: 15-18% (Will try for a more accurate figure soon)
 
Goals
 
Reduce body fat by 4%. Increase lean muscle mass and overall weight by 3-4 kg during a 10 week cycle.
 
My aim is to burn off some excess bodyfat mainly around the stomach and put on 3 - 4 kg of lean muscle mass in a 10 week period using a relatively low dose test-e to aid in recovery and enhance muscle growth. The body type i'm going for from this cycle is more atheletic look rather than the bodybuilder physique. I had a signifcant injury that caused muscle atrophy in my extensors on my right arm which although doesnt stop me training it puts a ceiling on the amount i can lift and the range of exercises i can do. Free weights for instance can be problematic as the extensors in your arms support this movement.
 
Training
 
I go to the gym 3 - 4 x per week. I do a range of resistance training trying to work all muscle groups. I favour the antagonistic supersets approach so will be sticking with that. 
At the end of every session i do 45 minutes incline walk on the treadmill which estimates i burn approximately 600 calories.
 
My job is fairly sedantry most of the time. I generally eat pretty clean mon-fri, bit more relaxed on a weekend. I've trained on an off for years. Dabbled with a test-e cycle before but got red face and pied it right off after week 5. (any tips to avoid this on this cycle????)
 
Diet
 
Approx 2000 calories per day. 30% protein 30% fats 40% carbs
 
Typically 100 grams of protein per day in 20 g servings spaced out 2-3 hours apart. (Example: 4 scrambled eggs at breakfast; protein shake/bar 11am; Chicken/Tuna salad 1pm: Grilled chicken with sweet potato and veg between 4 - 5 pm; protein shake before bed)

Testosterone Enanthate 250 mg per week
L-Lysine
Creatine
Vitamin C + Zinc
Arimidex (1 every 3 days after week 4)
 
PCT
 
Clomid
Nolvadex
