😄 Not a snowballs chance in hell on the NHS......could try a very sympathetic read expensive private GP

That's, decent for your age imo. If you really want to go down the TRT route then as SR suggests there are options.

But otherwise you can optimise your natural test levels by a good diet (making sure you are getting all the important nutrients), adequate rest, and heavy compounds etc....

I read something a while ago, about athetes.

This Doc was saying something about how you would expect top athletes to have reasonably high test levels, but quite a number that he tests show low level. Basically hammered themselves to death with training, high cortisol levels etc.

Not saying this is the case here, obviously. Need to bare in mind though that hard training over a long period can take its toll on nat test levels.

Mine was about the same earlier this year and im roughly the same age, i was training hard 5 days a week.

No symptoms of low test though, just fekin knackered from training.

I dont worry about test levels, if nothing is happening to make me worry about test levels

Absolutely no chance of getting it from the gp/endo with those levels. Those of us who are actually low struggle to get it sometimes!

I got 9 total test at my last attempt to get NHS TRT, you have no chance mate. The table for age adjusted expected levels shows me at the level of a 70 year old man ffs but this is considered within normal range. I'm 49 too and I'd be well happy with your level atm.

As I've said on another post (although this doesn't help) we live in an increasingly sexist society. The andropause is as real as the menopause although more gradual. This wouldn't be happening if a female asked for TRT.

It's not really the same thing. Most metabolic hormones drop with age, we don't have a special name for the natural drop in GH, IGF-1, T3 etc. It's just called getting old.

Menopause is something very different, it's a system shutting down altogether in a pre-programmed way. Andropause is a made up concept, most men remain fertile their whole lives our reproductive system never stops working, it just gets old and weak like everything else.
