Tetralysal 300 / Lymecycline - skin trouble

My doc switched me from doxycycline to Tetralysal 300 / Lymecycline for skin trouble. Doxy wasn't really doing much, and I have used mino in the past, which was quite goodfor face, but not for back or shoulders. Has anyone used this tetra/lyme one before and had any good outcomes or bad outcomes? I am also using the evolution x b5 supplement, which I think has been okay, plus a combined salicyclic gel then glycolic gel in the morning, and then the salicyclic gel again in the evening followed by benzoyl peroxide gel which seems good as well. Probably doing too much at once to see what is working, but I figured enough is enough, I will use everything, and then drop them one by one and see what happens.

And the skin isn't that bad, so roaccutane isn't really an option yet. If it ain't better in a couple of months, then i'll try and get it. I am almost 25 for fricks sake and need this sorted.

My skin was dry at first and I moisturised, but it seems fine now. I haven't needed to mositurise for about a month. Which is a shame, because I love standing up from my desk at work and saying 'I'll be back in a minute, I have to go and moisturise.'
