I thought the British one was very good until they completely spoiled it at the end. It gave the impression that they were looking for someone who was a talented all-rounder who would need to prove themselves in all of these tasks they were given.
So it got narrowed down to the last four and what happens.... the two people who were obviously head and shoulders above the others get told 1/ that because it's an apprentice that was needed, they didn't want someone who was too good. 2/ was told that she was responsible for her team losing the task and then a week later being told that Alan Sugar had made a wrong decision, but it was too late.
So the guy ends up winning it because he respects his mum. He's done absolutely nothing throughout the whole series except be a nice guy and ends up getting a Â£100k job for saying nice things - what a crock. Politically correct boll0cks.
I like the American version because of Trumps comb-over, if comb-overs were an Olympic event, he would be the hair equivalent of Lance Armstrong
