Hi im a guy who loves being strong and getting stronger


Country : Denmark - Home of all real wikings!
Age: 19
Weight: 101 kg
Sex: Male
Training experience: 4 years - 1 really bad one - 2 better ones - 1 very good year

Best Beginner lifts and start stats:
Bench press 70 kg
Deadlift 120 kg
Squat 100 kg

Best Lifts:
Bench press 135-140 kg RAW
Deadlift 235-240 kg RAW
Power Squat 200 kg RAW

Other:
Dumbell row 20 reps 50 kg
Military press 1 rep 90 kg - 3 reps 80 kg
Powershrug 20 reps 250 kg
Captain of crush: 1 rep with COC 2 with each hand


Training style at the moment is The Westside Methods! I have tried HST, Boris Sheiko Training Methods, MAX-OT, Thomas J - Programs like the bodybuilding with Westside Methods and alot of other programs

    1x1 170 kg I have had a period of strenght loss! My best max is 200 kg

    Small stance goodmornings - 2 minute between set
    10x80 kg
    10x110 kg
    10x140 kg
    10x150 kg PR
    10x130 kg

    Backextention - 1 minute between set
    15x15 kg
    15x40 kg
    10x60 kg
    15x40 kg

    Leg raise - 1 minute between set
    3 set of 10 reps all almost touching my shoulders! lol

    Situps - 1 minute between set
    2x10

    Okay day! I have just ended alot of weeks of Sheiko training and now starting on WSB

    Im bulking up the rest of the year plus maybe a few more months of next year. My goal life is

    Squat: 230 kg RAW
    Deadlift 250 kg RAW
    Benchpress 150 kg RAW

    And put on some good mass
