The Bulking Belly, awaiting a change !
I have been on a pretty good healthy bulking diet for two weeks now and I gotta say that my belly is getting pretty big (you know just below the naval). It is hard to tell the difference with gained mass around the rest of my body but now when I wear a t-shirt my belly is kinda sticking out in a less than pleasing way.
When bulking I assume that cardio is cut in order to store the mass from all the food I have been eating, will the extra weight gain distribute around my body so to speak or is it likely to just sit on my gut. I have kept up with the weights but quit cardio until I hit 90-95kg. I am now 84kg.
I understand the principle of you cant gain mass without gaining weight/fat but I just dont want it all to go to and stay on the belly....
