The Dark Side of Bulking Shakes and opportunity to interview B
I never really took on bulking shakes, preferring protein shakes, however I recently started on them.
I have noticed massive bulking gains, somewhere around 4-5kg fatty muscle a week, probably around 98.73% fatty, 1.27% muscle.
Anyway this may be great, but the negatives for me.
I often end up with a creamy coloured set of milk whiskers
I have an insanely bad temper and short fuse now
I often have an itchy bum
I poop more and so spend a lot more on toilet paper
I spend more fuel when travelling as car has more weight in it.
