Cisco, I've got a copy of the Golds encyc.
    It's quite a good book.
But the highlight has to be the fantastic photo's of early '90s workout fashions in USA gyms.
The photo's are priceless......there's actually a photo of a woman wearing a pair of HIGH HEELED converse style trainers!!!! whilst demonstrating an exercise FFS!!
Seriously though, the editorial content is pretty good but if you own Arnie's book then I wouldn't bother buying it. I paid £5 for it in a sale at Borders.
Check out those photo's they will make you smile. IA.

let me see - u have the book sitting there and didn't wanna waste your time reading it if it wasn't up to much so asked first so as to check? You lazy sod. It's free cos your mate loaned it to ya - just read it. Worse case is you'll only learn a little and it'll add to your knowledge - best case is it's gonna be a big fave.
