Update, good to see this topic is interesting so many (!)
Incline flyes warm-up then 1 set 20 kg, drop to 10
Incline Dumbells 40kg drop to 20
Incline pushups 2 sets, about 20 reps still
Was training on my own so had to use drop sets instead of forced reps etc.... This really isn't working my chest at all, this is a shoulder day. Still, nearly halfway now...starting a cycle next week so that should be interesting, if no-one is interested i might add in some flat stuff and dips?
