The Honeymoon Experiment (IIFYM, Lean gains, Regular Plan?)
As this was my come to place many years ago i thought this would be the best place to start,
after a heavy 5 years (feels like 1 lol) i have looked in the mirror and realized i have let me self go majorly no help to my own career change from the fitness/leisure industry (10+years) to an office job all i do now is lift coffee and crunch numbers lol. (the money is better but the health is not)
ok let me get into the bulk of Today is January the 5th today i woke up for work while tirelessly trying to get enough leverage to get my socks on and realized i get married in just over 5 MONTHS and i have a Honeymoon booked 3 days later lol yeah a tragic case of stupid moron syndrome
I totally understand miracles of cover model readiness and ripped abs have now gone out the window for this en devour but i would like to look the best i can for mid June 2015 even if that means the slightest of change in physique even just a bit more athletic
i know that information like this would cost money and so it should, but i would love to anyone and anything to point me in the right direction, even if you have made it this far thank you for reading as time is valuable n all that.
below i will list as much info attaining to the plan as possible so if anyone out there does have a little time or dose not mind helping ,you will have as much info to go on as possible My Stats:Height -

80kg (lots of lost muscle mass and fat)Age-
28 year old Male Work Out:
Body weight only i have some equipment leftover from my fitness days but not much
(due to the wedding as you can imagin im skint so cant lay out for a gym membership just yet) Workout Timing:5-6pm Nutrition-?????????????????????????????
Do i now need to cut? bulk? maintain but just exercise this is my dilemma macros? micros? and what not.
i know i could could go to you tube and the like but as i trust the community here i thought i would throw it out there and see if anyone could help.
if not thanks for taking the time to read all this **** and wish me well in trying look different for this mad event in my life.
