The Real Slim Shady?

Hey all,

I am new to the supplements game so forgive my lack of knowledge. I am 5'9" ~195 lbs and want to get down to about ~175 - 180. I have been doing quite a bit of cardio but have a hard time getting lean around the waist and chest. Any suggestions for products that would help me get these results. After the bit of research I have done I have noticed that ephedrine is in a lot of these. Are there good products that work that do not have ephedrine?

    hiya mate i have the same problem.
    i have quite a bit more than you to lose though.
    im getting great result with XENADRINE EFX. ive lost 18lbs in 3 weeks and it ain't got ephedrine in.
    Ive tried allsorts over the years and had side effects with most.
    I don't get any with this.

    cardio & a calory controlled diet is all you need IMO, fat burners are icing on the cake IMO and i cant be bothered with them. dont like consuming stuff like that!

    whats it gotta do with slim shady?!

    As for the topic header - that was the song that was playing when I posted this, and since I am looking to trim down I thought it suited the topic.

    Like FIC says, NO suppliment will make you lose fat.

    All you need to do is diet and cardio. Yes ephedrine, green tea may increase metabolism etc slightly ... but perhaps 5% suppliments 95% diet ???

    Unfortunately a good diet, calorie deficit and cardio are the only ways to trim up

    My opinion: forget about suppliments for the time being

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg

    No muscle loss to notice mate im still quite new to bb.
    but to be honest im mainly doing cardio 4 * 40 a week
    and 2 days light weights and high reps..
    ive got a lot of bf to lose
    My aim is below 20% bf by november..
