The Real Slim Shady?

Hey all,

I am new to the supplements game so forgive my lack of knowledge. I am ~195 lbs and want to get down to about ~175 - 180. I have been doing quite a bit of cardio but have a hard time getting lean around the waist and chest. Any suggestions for products that would help me get these results. After the bit of research I have done I have noticed that ephedrine is in a lot of these. Are there good products that work that do not have ephedrine?

Thanks.

    Diet and exercise first

Go to the Diet & Nutrition forum and post your diet and get some help there.

Then go find some routines or ask for assistance.

Supps should be last on the last.

I should mention that I have been working out for about 1 year, including a change in diet. At my best condition I still found it hard to trim down to where I wanted to be - that is what prompted the supplements question.

    Thanks.
