Thought I'd start my own journal, I keep trying to keep one at home but thought Iâ€™d start a new and share it with everyone. Thought it might make it easier if other people read it as well. Since I've turned 20 ive put on some fat around the old love handles and I go on holiday in about 6 weeks, so my first goal is to cut for the holiday Long Term Goals
To be 220lb ish of lean muscle or when I stop feeling Iâ€™m too small. Start Stats
5"10ft, need weighing but about 180lbs Current Stats
Alittle About Me: Iâ€™ve just turned 20 years old and I have just finished bulking. That didnâ€™t go very well, probably because it was a â€œdirtyâ€ bulk. Iâ€™ve just finished a cycle of creatine as well, that went okay but nothing major. Iâ€™ve been training on and off for about 4 years, but this year is when Iâ€™ve really got serious about it. My girlfriend is at uni so most of my weekends Iâ€™m away visiting her, which is why itâ€™s been hard sticking to a good diet. Iâ€™ve current just had a month off, I think thatâ€™s because I feel old now hahaha.
