The Shreddybrek Recipe Thread

Hi guys,
 
Just thought id start to share all the recipe's I put up on my youtube channel, into 1 thread. I'll start with posting my most recent video, home made cream of rice!

    Great channel mate, protein pancakes looked easy.. Never knew you could have rice that way either!

    The rice tastes awesome! I've actually filmed a new pancake recipe yesterday, well Pancake Crepe. I probably won't get chance to upload it till the weekend though. Stay tuned for it :)!

    do you mix the 2 recipes into the same bowl afterwards ? ( choc dessert)




    I sometimes add the protein into the baby rice, and sometimes make them separate as shown in the video. I wouldn't make them both separate and them combine them however.

    Im from Hartlepool, so North! People down South think im a Geordie. People North of me (so Geordies) think im from the Boro. I cant win haha!

    As a low cal treat I use to froth very low fat skimmed milk in a manual frother and eat it with a bit of cinnamon. It even fills me up for a while. The milk must be cold for best results. As a frother I use an aluminium jar with a plunger with 2 sieves on it. One has to plunge about 40 times and wait about 3 min. for the froth to stiffen.
