That is a nice belt!

Did you have to order by phone? Seeing as how its an American company.

I might buy a triple layer denim, just so I can add 50kg to my bench!

I ordered over the internet and got it sent to my mum's US apartment. She's over there this coming week, and should be back by Wednesday the week after, so that's the fastest, cheapest way I'll get it. You can order international on their site, but I don't know what shipping costs would be.

Their benching shirts look nice. If I ever get into powerlifting and can't find a RAW comp, then that's who I'm gonna buy off!

More lifting and cardio since back at uni - don't have my training log with me so can't go into detail, except to say that I pulled a pretty easy 195kg deadlift the other day.

Training at Total Fitness in Wilmslow. It's a great gym, though they get pissy if you dump the cleans. They have a web site at www.totalfitness.com which gives you a virtual tour of the Wilmslow facility.

Freshers week can be a lot of fun, for me the drinking just tends to get me fat and tired, the strength levels don't get too reduced. Hope you're sore after yesterday's PR!

Hammer shoulder press

Worked up to 70kgx5,5,3
Dropped it down to
60kgx5,6

Farmers walks:
150lbs dumbells - picked them up and went 8 ft but grip gave out

This week's schedule was slightly thrown off my Tuesday's group session, so I'm throwing in moves wherever I can fit them and working around soreness. Tommorow's prolly gonna be front squats, calves, back squats, and maybe some power cleans and proper ab work. More cardio prolly tonight, and likely tommorow as well.

Diet re-starts today, with a decent schedule drawn up.
