The best Sweet ever invented?

This is to big a task to decide alone. WARNING (younger readers may not know some of these names!)

This is something we the Brits can be proud of weve led the way for years in Sweets.

I started off thinking and Marathons (Snickers) crept in my head but not for long all of a sudden there was CurlyWurlys and Topics. You might think but Redwing your forgetting crunchies!!  No ive not they are in with a shout with bits in your teeth that you can taste for ages after .

I told you think is to big a task alone I need your help and ive not even started on the non chocolate stuff Space Dust (popping candy), Cola Bottles , Black Jacks, fruit Salads.

At the moment Reeces PB cups are up there and im ashamed to say they are American but soon the onslaught of Cadburys cream eggs will be fighting there way to the top 10.

What do/did you love and Why?

Rules of this thread . No fighting, No religion Talk and No sexism (boobs pics are allowed if covered in Chocolate as that is considered Art. Joke :)

I shouldve made that distinction in the title I call them all sweets but your right mate there's a difference.

Ahh yes fuse bars , where did they go?

I've always had a sweet tooth and remember all the above as well as Milk Gums and 1p sweets lol like cola bottles or even better beer bottles.  Dummies, and when the good old ice cream vans use to come around, ice scream with the screw balls at the bottom.  Damn I'm old.

Sweets - Sour cola bottles

Chocolate - Double Decker

Fuse bars were pretty awesome, I'm pretty sure there is a petition or something to get Cadbury's to bring them back.

I remember the first time my friend gave me Pop Rocks.
Not that there was much taste to them but wow I was like wtf??

Taste wise I was well and truly addicted to Refreshers!
Not sure if these were just an Irish bar....anyone ever had them? http://www.planetcandy.ie/refresher-bar-60-pieces

Secrets were off the hook, I would kill for one of those. I really liked applause too and nut crisp. Not a sweet as such but pizazz ice lollies were the bomb when i was a bairn.

Another shout for Double Deckers, can't get em here. Also Topics, not sure if they still do em or not.

You did gain far too much fat though,I mean, you're not muscular at all, you're just a fat mess.

Smarties, not M&M's and not bloody fakeys (sorry that is what I call sweets that masquerade as smarties in un-packaged boxes or when abroad under foreign names. Neither the crispy coating nor the chocolate is right!!!

Yorkie

Sweets - anything sour ( I'll say sour patch kids)

Chocolate- has to be from kinder ( which brings a tough choice on its own)

I know its not a sweet but chilli heatwave dorritos are the best crisp

Showing my age here but

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body... but rather to skid in sideways, totally
worn out, shouting
