The best indicator of progession!

Go get measured for a suit!

Went this morning to get a new suit sorted for job interviews and the like expecting to be around the same size as usual as i dont feel ive progressed very well over the past few months, maybe .5" here and there added on - but i was in for a rather nice suprise!

Of course only two measurments dont mean anything and aint really an indicator of size/progress but ive added...

Chest: 2" - 40" to 42"

Neck: 1.5" - 14.5" to 16".

I now feel

Quite a pointless thread but i had to share it with someone!

Did you actually measure your neck or is it just a bigger shirt size?

After almost 3 years working in a gym I returned to the corporate work and started working in an office again. My suit is particularly ill-fitting and I don't button my shirt sleeves because they ride up my forearm when I extend my arm! I have bought a couple of new ones and I've gone up 2 shirt sizes.

I think the increased neck/shirt size will also have something to do with you being broarder so the old shirt size will feel tight on the shoulders.

Are you sure there wasn't a knot in the measuring tape?
