Is Ms England purely a beauty show? or does personality etc come into it?

Agree with J_C, I can already hear keys jangling.

I think she's OK tbh but would agree that she is not classical Miss England standard.

Isn't this linford christies niece ?

    She seems quite pretty.
I have no idea what the criteria for the Title is.
Im sure there was something on the papers about some crazy judging system they use ??

I just looked at her resume and she is very much into athletics so i wouldnt be surprised if she was. He dream is to appear in the olympics so she must be incredibly good or she wouldnt even mention that

She got something like 8 votes. Whilst someone else got over 2000.

And then a squaddie came 2nd.

Complete farce if you ask me.

I'm sure I read somewhere that there was someting strange in the way it was judged. Apparently she came something like 54th in the public vote, but the judging panel then went on to grant her the title.

Pretty girl no doubt but if she was the best it doesn't suggest that the competion was up to much.

I don't know anything about the competition but seems like the winner and runner up seem to be the kind of young women that other young women (in the daily mail article) could perhaps look up to, rather that some bimbo who is looking to date a footballer. Perhaps that's what they're going for this year? Both are very pretty anyway I think, hardly ugly.

Don't think many people are debating whether she's pretty, just not the best of a very good bunch. At least IMO.
