The right direction
Hi guys, simple one here, been looking around for a while but have not had any luck.
Is there a post someone can link me to re suggestions for lean bulking/usefull posts?? Maybe it's the time of day and I've just missed it lol but I have tried. (have proof read thispost about 7 times lol to get it making sense pmsl)
I'm going for a lean bulk as I don't want to gain the fat I've just lost.
So could someone point me in the right direction?
Just trying to do the research as I'm hoping to start this in June approx.
One thing in particular is what to do on days off from the gym. Days I do nothing but either go to work or chill out at home? Do I go cut carbs? Keep it all as is??? Increase???? lol, I know everyone is different, but would you still have to cut after this? Or the fact that it was a lean bulk mean that it's not neccesary??? Man this stuff hurts my head.
