RE: Thick Bar Deadlifts
On the occasions that i used a 2" bar i did 5 reps at 180kg but only as a warm-up so i do not know what i could do as regards max number of reps. I wouldn't think it would be any less than i could do witht the standard olympic bar. now if i used double overhand grip then i could probably not even pick it up!
The most i did on the 2" was 230kg
