At 5ft 9in and 11stone mate have you tried naturally bulking?

I think most will suggest you try eating a bit more before you start a cycle.

Sorry to say this but even with a low bodyfat 11 stone after 12 years training is not a lot to show, and almost certainly means that you do not eat right at all.

It might be helpful if you could post up a sample day's worth of eating.

Yeah no worries, but firstly you should know i dont want to be massive just abit bigger i would prefer more athletic looking (I do run and play sport too.)

    Ok here goes
6:00am morning is cereal + toast or oat bar + smoothie (including banana/strawberries/soya milk/ and 2 eggs most of the time)

    10:00 2 x chicken barms + yoghurt + oat bar + apple + grapes

    14:00 1 x chicken barm + oat bar + grapes

    18:00 pasta and chicken

    Hope this helps?

I'm afraid you won't get your 2 stone with that diet, steroids or not. The best thing would be to take a trip over to the diet section and get some advice from the guys over there. If you get that sortedthen you'll be in a position to consider gear use.

    Best of luck!

As above, gear is no use if you dont have enough food to build the muscle!!

its like having a 1000 bricklayers with only 10 bricks between them, pointless mate

Nail your diet, train hard for a while longer, then think about gear

    Shut up and squat

Thats your problem right there. You're on a permanent cutting diet. And without enough protein.

Good luck with it - although I hate to keep being the bearer of bad news: you won't get a stone of pure muscle from one cycle, it'll take a bit longer than that - but with a good diet, training & time you'll get there.

I bet with another 2000 calories you blow up like your on some gear.

10+ years I bet those muscles are just waiting for some new material to grow.

At 5 to 6% BF how could you not think you are on a cutting diet? You are starving yourself and burning up muscle everytime you exercise. You will never gain without proper diet and nutition. It is good that you checked in here. I do wish you the best mate.

Agree. you should be primed for some really great gains if you switch to a straight bulk- 4000+ calories/day, 3-400g protein, keep it relatively clean and eat every 3 hours or so.
