Thinking of sponsoring kids football team

Thinking of sponsoring a kids football team.

We would put our name and number on the match tops (they already have the shirts from the league so printing would probably cost a small amount)
And we would buy a training kit or something.

Does anyone have any experiance of this, maybe some of you are team managers or secreteries?
I don't want to ask the team manager to much as it might be too costly for us to do as we are a small new business ourselves.

Hiya mate, yes I do, I`ll speak to my mate who`s still involved in youth football and make sure he`s ok with passing you his details John. I coached with him for quite a few years but he dealt with that side of things, he`s still at it ten years later on so has quite a lot of experience with it all.

email me some details mate please if you have time

    Water -
yeah mate, any info even if only a guide would be appreciated, your mate will know if he's been at it that long.
the team probably does use a normal source but nowt stopping me from getting from a diff supplier cheaper if that was the case innit me old spar. LOL just not from smith feild market but back of the lorry is all gravy too ha ha ha.

It's for my youngest sons team so I have a personal interest as well.
My eldest is more into the boxing so I might be able to do summat with that in the future.
ATM the match kit the league bought them were made by Nike... but I don't think the training kit would have to be as long as it was good.

They will all be about 8 years old soon - if that makes things easier for any of ya's.

    cheers

Don`t knock Smithfield market mate, I got some top notch Timmy Hillfinger aftershave from there.
The managers right though, most kids don`t give a flying F what`s on the kit, just make sure though that if it`s a red kit with a big white logo the person washing it doesn`t run the colours like someone I knew Pink kits and logos might be pushing it a bit lol.
I give him a ring in a bit mate and get back to you
