Thinkng of starting a journal, critique my physique :D

basically looking for constructive criticisim about my body, i think i know what i need to work on but i would like others opinions aswell :) P.S would also like a estimate on my current body fat %

    Probably about 12-14% bodyfat. Quite well proportioned tho can't see your back or legs.

    What's your overall goal mate? you want to be a big hulking bodybuilder? If so then I'd get a good bulk under your belt alongside a good routine based around compound lifts.

    My legs are probably my best aspect, suprisingly enough built via years of skateboarding and football.

    Im currently 197lbs first thing in the morning at just under 6,1

    Max bench 110kg
    Squat 135kg reps
    Deads 140

    Id like to be around 210 - 215 lbs with a low bf :)
