This Pain Normal?

Hi, I started training this week. On Monday I did Chest and Triceps, and its now Thursday and they are still sore. Im worried I wont be able to do my back/shoulders/biceps on Friday. I expect some stiffness from when I used to half heartedly goto the gym.

My arms feel ok in normal posistions but at the extreme ends of its motion its fairly stiff. Chest always feels stiff, but again worst at exteme ends of motion.

Guess I gave them a good workout.

Shame my legs dont hurt from yesterday. I guess its hard to push your legs, becausthey are such big muscles you think you are doing enough but when you ginish you feel you could have done more!

Cheers Lee

Stretching PWO shold help a bit, as should some massage, so not a bad idea. I often find some light exercise or cardio on the sore muscles can also help, maybe a day or 2 later
