This Routine?

Thanks for your help everyone. Do you think its worth just using the bench press at the gym for press, squats and deadlift and doing all the other exersices with dumbells therefore avoiding machines as much as possible? Something like this......

Day 1

Bent over row
Deadlift
upright row
Bicep Curls

Day 2

Weighted Squats
Front Lunges
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Abs- Weighted Crunches

Day 3

Bench Press
Tricep Extension
Incline Dumbell fly
Seated dumbell shoulder press

    Day 1

    Bent over row
    Deadlift-this should be put first
    upright row-no need for this in routine
    Bicep Curls-i'd chose close grip chins instead

    Day 2

    Weighted Squats

    Stiff Leg Deadlifts
    Abs- Weighted Crunches

    Day 3

    Bench Press
    dips
    Seated dumbell shoulder press
