You mean setting the bike so that its harder to push the pedals? Or easier?

Or do you mean going at a slower speed on the bike?

No that's not a lot, especially if it is spread out during the day.

You could drop the maltodextrin if you wish then have the pitta breads or another serving of carbs as PPWO.

Get fibrous carbs during the day, i.e. vegetables with small servings of carbs.

    Million dollar question here.
If i followed my new cutting diet....how much weight would i loose? Im currently 13 stone (or just over)

Is this one of those "how long is a piece of string" questions?

Yes, that's why you need to try it out and monitor your progress.. then adjust accordingly.

At 13 stone i dont really look very big (although people have commented "are you at the gym?")

It took me a long time to get to 13 stone as i have trouble putting on weight!

Its just that my belly looks ridculous and its high time it was sorted out. I guess the only way to do this is to cut. Im just worried that i may loose the weight all over and loose muscle too.

You can roughly estimate the weight loss rate by the caloric deficit you've created. Still.. there's water weight and so on.. so you can monitor by mirror or bodyfat% or pictures.. and just use the weight as a rough guideline..

Ah I see, well then just clean up the diet a bit and don't go so strict. Can add a little cardio to burn a couple hundred calories here and there too..
