That shake sounds horrible.. can you actually get it down you?

I'd also try to get some more veg here and there.

YIB it doesnt taste bad at all. As long as the cottage cheese and tuna are blended well.

Also, i put the tuna in a sieve firsta nd pour very hot (but not boiling) water over it. This takes the fishy taste away.

So, is the shake ok then?

Really its not bad at all.

I currently weigh 13 stone but have only started my cut last week.

As for bodyfat, i have no idea mate although my bulk wasnt clean sometimes and thats why i have a bit of a belly.

if i were you id cut the bread out, and maybe even the fruit, if youre after the abs, at least cut the fruit temporarily, i love fruit so always have a hard time with that, but when i do my abs start popping thru, but we're all diferent. sounds as though you could do with some cardo, why not try an exercise video in the morning, i tell you, even if its only a good stretching video it will be good for you....

Go with the rice and makerel for PPWO.

Before bed though you could have a little serving of casein blend just for protein during the night.
