    hey matey,

what are "bench pulls"?? and TBH, if you deadlift heavy and are doing BOrows then they probably aren't nessecary. either way i would drop them or change them for chins.

    and

if its size your after then do front squats. also, IMO, leave out the lunges and put in farmers walk and good mornings.

and i would change the flat bench dumb bell for incline bench/dips.

can't think of much else... not being funny but what was it you changed about franki ny's routine and why, just curious.

I will do front squats and add farmers walk and good mornings.
I changed a few exercises because i train at home and have been for some time and dont have all the equipment to use in his routine so i just put in a few other exercises instead.
    Thanks for your help.

Ok lets see here! First, loose bench pulls. They are basically bent over rows except worse. Besides, when doing 5x5 3 exercises is plenty. Do deads first, they take the most energy... Then do rows, then do curls. You won't be able to curl as much because you'll be tired but that's perfectly fine.

My only comment would be you are basically doing 10 sets of flat bench. Why? Variety a key to growth... Take out one or the other and add dips preferably. If you can't then atleast make one incline.

On day 3 loose lunges they arn't necessary. I personally like back squats... But front squats are great for adding some size. I usually rotate between the 2 every 3 months.
    Goodluck.
