This weather

I am dying, I can't stop sweating. I cut the grass wearing just shorts and trainers and still ended up soaked, went for a shower, now just sitting here typing I have beads of sweat running down my forehead, my room is like a bloody sauna...God knows how some of the big guys feel

I feel the same, god help when a proper heatwave hits with substained temps in the 30's for a few days or longer. I'm going to have a look in currys to see if they have any decent air con units.

I'm sweating and feel drained of energy, think i will have to hit the weights after 8pm when its cooled a little.

Try fitting two bathrooms, and washing out of a bucket for a few days. Not nice.

    sweating like a tramp

    not good

not allowed to take shirt off at work, not in good enough shape anyway

sleeves are rolled up to practically round my neck

believe me, you sweat A LOT in a high vis vest and riggers

also - not a good time to be doing ephedrine and roaccutaine, pain

I'd wager I sweat more in riggers, clothes, overalls and inside a garage with running cars

Worst thing (or best) is that all I want to do is drink chilled alchohol.... training is at the back of my mind somewhere... I think.

I showered, shaved my armpits, wore a light cotton polo shirt, used an anti-perspirant deodorant and started sweating as soon as I locked my front door

Its been scorching for me too, but then at about half 5, it rained like I've never seen before, flash floods everywhere. The reception roof burst at the gym and I drove home through many 2-3 feet deep pools. Awesome!

    Unaffiliated.
