Those that use Sunbeds on a regular basis.

I use the Sunbed twice a week for 12 minutes a session but i feel i have reached a point where i cant get any more tanned.

Those that use the Beds, do you use the Lotions available to prolong or enhance the Tan itself? If so, how effective are such products?

You can normally do upto 14mins, ask.

You can get bronzing creams that have a kind of fake tan in them too, i used to use them.

You can get tingle creams that raise the melonin in your skin to the surface, thus tanning quicker, i didn't like them.

You can get tan extender to put on afterwards, that is a moisturiser, there required for sure.

The salon should sell all these tbh, what brand stuff do they sell?

I use a tingle level 7 there spot on its called mojo. I only have to go on once everytwo week for 9 mins with it. holds the tan alot longer and is a deeper brown. its does sting a little for a about 15 min but ok after a shower. that night you do look red but is a better tan afterwards IMO

Well I lost a bit on holiday due to a stomach bug, random diet and not training. I'm back into it and have gone on CEE which'll hopefully fill me out a bit. I'll be posting up soon.

Tell ya' what. I'll get the carmera out this weekend on Chest day and post then, how's that?

Use the sunbeds more often for shorter periods of time then. 3 * 6-8minute sessions or something

Only been on it a couple of weeks, have noticed a bit of a better pump and some strength gains. Hard to tell though, i see myself every day so gradual size gains, I don't tend to notice.
Maybe you'll be able to let me know if it's worked when I post up the pics.

regular creatine monohydrate did fairly-much naff all for me.

you're lucky. I measured arms and chest a while ago and was chuffed 'cause I'd added an inch onto my biceps in 6 months (now just under 16 inches).
My girlfreind said she had really noticed me growing, to be honest

Wasn't disheartened 'cause I know why she said it (same reason as I don't see myself growing much), 'cause she sees me regularly and I knew I was growing from measuring!

I don't have a camera here (exeept from this webcam which takes rubbish pics (came free with pc).
I'll take piccies on sat and post 'em up. Promise.

^^^ Yeah i know what you mean mate. I started training properly 8 months ago and my Arms were under 14" and now they are 15" so technically i am actually growing.

Look forward to these pictures mate. Whats your Routine and Diet like?

quick post, then I'm gonna have to go do my essay mate (MT keeps dragging me back (I'm SO easily distracted). WIll be back on a bit later though. Sorry dude.

My routine and diet vary quite a lot, in terms of what exercises I end up doing, 'cause I make sure I hit the right muscles, but do what I feel like doing when I'm there.
My split is (each session 45 mins):

    Sat: Chest and shoulders
    Sun: Arms and abs.
    Mon: Rest
Tues: Back, traps and rear delts
    Wed: Rest.
Thurs: Legs (most weeks, though if I'm busy, this falls out. OOps)
    Fri: Rest

Diet: well that's EVEN more random.
I get 200g-250g protein per day and other than that, there's very little pattern to it, I LOVE food, I eat lots, every three hours and varies greatly.
I have a thing for mackeral fillets in tomatio sauce at the moment and I'm on my third tin today! (20gs protein per can and on 35p!)

I'm currently digging into a pizza!
