Thoughts on Nutrition plan

Hi Guys,
 
Im about 72kg and trying to bulk up, I’ve done it a few times before and got to 12.5 but just wanted to get peoples thoughts on the rough diet I have.
 
I used myfitness pal to get the figures and I will substitute things like having fish/steak and rice for tea etc but I’m trying to stay as lean as I can whilst I bulk

    Yes, it's a bit confusing.
    But overall, the totals look good and good food choices in there.  Whats your post workout shake like as this will get you over 3k on training days which will be about right.  Just try it and see and adjust if your not gaining.

    Sorry guys, the table looked ok when i submitted it! reformatted it so its not a mish mash of numbers!
